We have a variety of options available:

1 or 2 table options starting at $40.00.
Booth options starting at $120.00.

Exhibitor amenities include (depending on your selection):

  • 8' x 30" table(s)
  • Chair(s).
  • Exhibitor Pass(es)
  • Social Media Highlight(s).

Load in/out information:

  • Drive in traffic will be allowed in the facility during load in hours on Friday only.
  • No Drive in traffic in the facility on Saturday until conclusion of show hours and load out begins.
  • Saturday load in will be walk in accessible only.
  • All show Exhibitors must be in the building a minimum of 1 hour prior to set up end time.

All Exhibitors must be completely loaded out of the facility no later than 9:00pm on show day.

Hotel Information: A room block with discounted rates of $125/night + tax is available for exhibitors. Rooms available are on a first come, first served basis, and preferred rates expire on March 5th, 2027. A link to the hotel will be supplied in your confirmation email.

Host Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Midtown

Security: Expo Square provides security patrol on the grounds 24 hours a day.

Who can pick up your passes?
Terms

Any pop-up tents must comply with Tulsa County Fire Marshall regulations. Tents exceeding 200 square feet may require a special permit.

Display trailers are allowed, please note your intent to utilize one in your exhibitor space in the “notes” section located below, along with any specific details relating to special electrical requirements. Additional fees related to electrical may apply.

NO FOOD TRUCKS are allowed at the show. Selling full meals in your exhibitor space is also prohibited.

ALL Exhibitors are subject to approval based on show management desired exhibitors. Should you not meet those standards, you will receive a refund within 15 days of your application.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

On or before before February 28th, 2027 = FULL REFUND.
March 1st - March 13th, 2027 = 50% refund.
After March 13th, 2027 = NO REFUND.

A $5 transaction fee will be deducted from any refunds.

Sales Tax: The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires all exhibitors to collect sales tax on any items sold. The current tax rate is 8.517%.

Terms and Conditions:

Exhibitor application approval will be extended at the sole discretion of event management. My submission is acknowledgement of all terms and conditions of the approval process. . It shall also serve as authorization to include your company name, and images for promotional reasons across any of our marketing platforms including but not limited to event related websites, social media platforms and other related marketing outlets as a partner to the event. All Vendors must comply with show management, venue, city, state and government rules and regulations. Exhibitors agree to hold harmless: Carl’s Car Shack, AA Event Pros, Expo Square, their subsidiaries and subcontractors for all damage, injury, or theft from exhibiting during the Tulsa Toys, Diecast and Collectibles Expo.
